Chantelle Fitzgerald
Chantelle Fitzgerald is the founder of Mindset Strategies, where she guides leaders on journeys of self-awareness, mindfulness, and transformation. With over 20 years of experience across education, business, and nonprofit leadership, she helps individuals and organizations cultivate clarity, compassion, and conscious growth.
A certified mindfulness and emotional intelligence coach, Chantelle brings her signature blend of presence, insight, and embodied leadership to every space she leads. She has designed and facilitated transformative experiences for Fortune 500 companies including Hallmark, DuPont, and Procter & Gamble, as well as mission-driven nonprofits such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Main Line Health. Her signature program, Connection Sessions™, has helped C-suite executives and emerging leaders alike deepen connection, address bias, and lead with authenticity.
This Thailand retreat is where Chantelle’s professional expertise meets her personal practice. Drawing from her background in coaching, mindfulness, and cultural immersion, she creates a sanctuary for reflection, renewal, and intentional living — inviting participants to reconnect with purpose, presence, and joy.
When not teaching or speaking, Chantelle enjoys traveling the world, cooking, meditating, and sharing laughter and love with her young son, Shane.
